How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance where possible — this gives us the best chance to schedule your preferred time and plan the journey properly. We can often accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.

Will my driver stay during the appointment?
Flexible options are available when booking. Your driver may wait nearby, wait at the clinic if appropriate, or return at a pre-arranged time. We will confirm the best option for your appointment and quote before travel.
What qualifications do your drivers have?
Drivers hold the required NSW Passenger Transport Licence Code and have completed a National Crime Check. Vehicles and drivers are maintained to a professional passenger transport standard.
Can a family member or carer travel too?
Yes. Our pricing is per trip, not per person, so a family member or carer can travel with you at no additional cost.
