How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance where possible — this gives us the best chance to schedule your preferred time and plan the journey properly. We can often accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight times and allow for up to 45 minutes of delay. If your flight is delayed longer than that, an additional fee may apply. If there is a major change to your arrival time, please call us as soon as possible so we can update your booking.
How will I find my driver at Port Macquarie Airport?
Port Macquarie Airport is a single terminal. Once you step off the plane and into the terminal, we’ll be waiting with your name displayed on a digital name card.
Do you help with luggage?
Yes. We are happy to assist with luggage at pickup and drop-off, including at the terminal. If you are travelling with extra bags, golf clubs, or other larger items, please let us know when booking so we can make sure the right vehicle is arranged.
Can you provide baby and child seats?
Yes. Baby seats and booster seats are available on request for all transfers. Please let us know your child’s age and seating requirements when booking so we can have the correct restraint fitted and ready for your journey.
