How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance where possible — this gives us the best chance to schedule your preferred time and plan the journey properly. We can often accommodate shorter notice depending on availability. If your trip is within 12 hours, please call us directly on 0480 004 559.
What areas do you service?
We provide transport throughout Port Macquarie and the surrounding Mid North Coast — including Wauchope, Laurieton, Kempsey, Taree, Forster, Crescent Head and South West Rocks.
We also handle longer trips up and down the coast, with regular transfers to Sydney, Newcastle and Coffs Harbour for airports, appointments and specialist care.
What happens if I need to change or cancel my booking?
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and any applicable fare adjustment. Cancellation terms may apply depending on the notice provided. Please refer to our Booking Terms for full details.
When is payment required?
Payment arrangements can vary depending on the type of booking. Generally, upfront payment is required to secure your booking. Payment timing can be confirmed when your quote or booking details are provided.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Approved business, provider-managed or account clients may be eligible for invoicing by prior arrangement. Credit card payments do not incur any additional fees.
